Description:
This product belongs to the pyrrole antifungal drug. It has antibacterial effect on deep infection fungi such as Candida, Color fungus, Coccidioides, Histoplasma, Sporothrix, etc. It also has antibacterial effect on Trichophyton, etc. Antibacterial activity. This product has poor effect on Aspergillus, Sporothrix Schenkerii, certain spore families, and Mucor. By interfering with the activity of cytochrome P-450, this product inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, the main sterol in the fungal cell membrane, damages the fungal cell membrane and changes its permeability, so that important intracellular materials leak out. This product can inhibit the biosynthesis of fungal triacylglycerol and phospholipid, inhibit the activity of oxidase and peroxidase, and cause the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide in the cell, which leads to cell submicron structure degeneration and cell necrosis. Candida albicans can inhibit the process of its transformation from spores to invasive hyphae.
